Sarah's post comes one week after she gave birth to Oliver at 24 weeks. Despite the fact that the little boy only spent a short time on this earth, he left an indelible mark on Sarah and her fiancé, Dylan Brown.

Sarah wrote in her post, "It's been 1 week. This was on our last morning all sitting together. It was the last morning I got to soak-in his big summersaults and hiccups.
“
The heart-wrenching loss has left Sarah and Dylan grappling with the magnitude of their pain and grief. Sarah wrote on Instagram, "There are no words for the magnitude of loss and pain we're experiencing.
“
It's beautiful and simultaneously tragic. He had my nose and his dad's mouth and long fingers. Oliver, our IVF miracle defied so many odds and fought through so many hard milestones to be here, but the higher powers still had other plans for the three of us."

Despite the tragedy, Sarah holds dear the time she spent with Oliver in her belly. The 36-year-old has said that Oliver taught her and Dylan so much about life, love, and death.

He brought so much love, optimism, and purpose into their lives. Despite his small body, Sarah believes that Oliver's legacy will always be larger than life to them.
